Looking through my archives of posts, I notice that I tend to blog about the same things over and over again. It’s like updating strangers on a specific topic as though they were actually coming here to know the update. Sadly I wonder, is my blog interesting at all?

Sure I get the few random comments from websites I’ve never been to, but most of the time, those commentors never come back again, meaning my blogs aren’t interesting enough to come back to…why? Because I’m writing the same garbage over and over again. Only updating for those who care and those who don’t. Then I wonder, what am I getting out of this?

My answer?

Nothing, but simple self-satisfaction. Point, blank, and period.

I have no need to educate people, I don’t care about the latest trends or gadgets out in the world and if I keep up with something like the news, why the hell do I have to relay the message to you, when you can turn on your TV and see it yourself?

I blog, simply to release something so that I can sleep better at night. What that certain “thing” is, I have no clue, but I know it’s SOMETHING. I blog because, it keeps me busy and leaves me with something to do. I blog, not only because I love it, but because it just comes naturally. I don’t think I could ever spend a day, month, or year, without blogging. Whether it be here on my domain, Twitter, or the random 100-something forums I’m signed up with, I NEED to blog!

Self-Satisfaction. Point, blank, PERIOD.

For quite some time now, I’ve been telling myself that I will finally create a custom design for my poor template-based website. I have yet to do that and its only because I have no inspiration to do so. I’m not sure why though? In the past, visitors to my site always complained to me about how I would change my layouts every week and if I had ever actually left one up for more then that! Now it’s like; Yay you changed the layout, but to another crappy premade WordPress template…not so great.

Like most people I try visiting CSS galleries and other’s website to find that “OMG instant inspiration”, but it just doesn’t come to me. I’m wondering if maybe my creative juices are just being sucked up by me working on client websites? Makes sense and then it doesn’t, right?

Well, I dunno. I just felt like ranting about this, since it have been on my mind for quite sometime and hopefully SOON everyone can see a much tasteful layout then the normal template. =(

As the title says, Happy Halloween everyone! I’m very excited for today as I can’t wait to give out candy to all the little ghouls and goblins running around during the day and then I have a costume party to go to during the night! So I will be very busy. =)

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy and safe “Trick-or-Treating” tonight and also for those going out to party, to be careful not to drink or drive!

I’ll be sure to post pictures up of all the different costumes I see at the party and on the street. Already this morning while on my way to work, I saw a woman dressed in a devil costume and she looked mean too. I saw a biker chick, a greek goddess, one of those October Fest bar ladies…(looks like a trend with the ladies). It was funny!
