Yes, I just arrived like an hour ago and I’m still wide awake from the drive and decided to write out a little blog. Wow, my house looks so different for some reason…hahah. I actually noticed a lot of things I didn’t before. Geez, what a month can do to a person’s perspective.

So, I was extremely excited to come home to see my babies (kitties) and the little monsters show me no love. I think I’m going to cry. Usually Midnight, my baby boy, always cuddles up to me, rubbing his head under my chin, that sort of thing, but he hasn’t done it at all. *sniffle*  Miss Miss, my girl cat, is OK though, although she is always distant…lol. I hope they don’t think I abandoned them or something?

*Yawn* Now I’m getting a little tired and I still have to unpack, I’ll write more a little later.

Hello folks, it’s been awhile huh? Anyways as the title states, I have another “job”. Why the quotations around the word job, you ask? Well, it’s another freelancing job, so I have yet to get that in-company job. *sigh* Oh well, at least I will be able to put these companies on my resume and I will be happy to work with them, even if it is at home. Who doesn’t like to work from home, right? *looks around* Yea, I’m not THAT excited…haha.

So, I’m still on “vacation” here in Massachusetts. It is so freaking cold here! The city is horrible also. Everything has changed. Well, to me at least. I guess when you’re away from something for too long, when you go back to it, you can always spot the good and the bad that you didn’t notice before, and well, I noticed a lot of the bad in my ghetto little hometown.

Almost all of my SECOND cousins are alcoholic-pot-heads and they’re not even over 18 yet! One of them I just found out is pregnant and she just turned 18 and is still in high school. What do you say to that? It’s so sad, do they have nothing better to do with there time? I know Springfield isn’t all that and a bag of chips, but gosh…GET A LIFE!

I really thought I hated Florida with a passion, but after being here for only a week and a half, I can’t wait to go back! Of course the only thing I will miss from here is my family, mainly only those who are really doing well. (you know who you are. *wink wink*) Not saying I’ll ignore those falling to the darkside, it’s just that I feel when I leave, I won’t be missed by them, so why bother? Anyways, I can’t wait to go home, I miss my kitties and my own computer, I’ve also been missing my shows. What a vacation. Haha. =D

I’m currently working on my first project/test with Design 4 Dot. They’re the design company I was talking about in my last blog. Right now I’m just taking a little break, as I have been staring at HTML coding for an hour now. I’m trying to get the content to look a certain way and it is not coming out, but I know that if I take a little break, I’ll figure it out once I go back to it.

So I called Bright House Networks today and talked with the lady at Human Resources. She scheduled a phone interview with me for Thursday morning. You do not know how excited I am! It would be really great if I can get this as a steady job and then have the D4D as a on-call job, which from what the lady has talked to me about, sounds like it. So, it should be OK. I still have my meeting with her tomorrow, and will be sure to ask her, just in case.

My best friend Dustin, who is currently in the Navy, is coming home again in November! Although I talk to him on the phone a lot, it just isn’t the same. Another good thing is he is coming back just in time for his 21st birthday, so that will be fun. I have to cherish these moments because, God forbid, they can send him to war at anytime. He is one of my and currently only best friend! He’s the best and I can’t wait till he is back home!
