I Bought a Video Camera!
Yup, it’s true…I bought a cute little Sony Handycam and am totally obsessed with it! Since Circuit City is going out of business, I decided to take advantage of some of the price knock offs and went ahead and bought a video camera. Nothing too special, but something to start off my film-making career/dream!
The real camera I want is much too expensive at the moment and I’m OK with that, I know I’ll get it in the future. For now, I’m extremely happy with what I got and take my camera everywhere with me, you never know when inspiration might hit and lately it’s been hitting a lot…haha. (wish I could say the same for my website)
I’ve been viewing the amazing video website Vimeo.com and checking out some amazing videos! I can’t wait to finally add some of my amateur work and get critiqued on it. Hey, criticism is a MUST when starting out, how else will you learn what to and NOT to do?
Anyways, I have big plans for this little camera and I already have given myself two projects to work on for the year, aside from trying to move out. I’m just really excited that things seem to really be looking up for me. =)

Our Circuit City went out of business such a long time ago… The empty building is still staring at us, haha!
Yay for Camera’s! I need to buy a new one because my mom bought this old piece of junk on her own that still uses tapes. bleh.
I also need to buy a scanner… gawd, my money is going to go bubye.
I carry around my digital camera just in case but I have yet to pull it out and use it.

Awww yay for the new camera! I love making movies too but I don’t have the money to buy the equipment for it. I hope you can share some of your videos with us sometime
