Christmas Spirit!

Today my family and I are going to be putting up our Christmas decorations! I’m so excited, but also scared because I need to go on the roof all by my lonesome. I think I’ll call one of my guy friends and see if they want to help…hahaha. Since i think 2005, we’ve had this really nice fake white tree, but then last year my stupid father threw it out thinking it belonged to my sister. (she had moved and left EVERYTHING of hers, so we threw it out) I was so mad when I found out, I still think he needs to buy us a new because that was not cheap, but if anything, I saw some nice ones at the dollar store…

Ah, I can’t wait for Christmas to come, I’ll be spending it with my two favorite aunts in the world in Tallahassee. YAY! Hmmm…I wonder what I should get everyone?

So what are you getting people this Christmas? Have any Christmas blunders happen in your family? Tell me about it! =)

EDIT//….hahaha I just noticed that I had spelled decorations as directions…lmao. No one told me anything, but of course you guys knew what I meant. I need start proofreading everything I write…lol. =)

I haven’t put up any xmas decor yet. I admit it, I’m being lazy.

The only thing I want is a psp (to replace my stolen one) and an imac. Oh, and snow! But since I live in Florida……..

I think Im going to pester my parents today to get our tree! We still haven’t gotten one yet :(
I love decorating the tree and the house! I love the smell of the real fir tree and the way it makes the whole house feel. Although I feel SO guilty. Christmas time is a huge ecological waste. All that wrapping paper that people just use to wrap things up, rip it up, then throw it out? So many people don’t recycle! Then there are Christmas trees which we just cut down, put in our house for a month, then throw it out? Those trees take years to grow and we use them for a month and then dispose of them. Its really disgusting to me, I feel so selfish for getting one every year. :(

Late to jump on board. I’m chomping at the bit to start christmas the minute I’m done eating turkey on thanksgiving.

Call me weird, but I love the xmas season, and the sooner you start, the longer you can enjoy it. (everybody knows it’s depressing to enjoy AFTER the holiday is over).

That being said, I went out and got myself a nice Balsam fir, bout 7 feet tall. Smells yummy.

@ Rachel – Thanks a bunch, I wish there was a comment script on those pages so people could comment there, but for some reason it doesn’t show up. But thank you. =)
